I’ve had the pleasure to work with Monica in 2020, the year of challenges. The year of pandemic, the year of personal adaptation to the company I was working for – Regina Maria, the year that made us reconsider our values and priorities.
Monica was my partner in the journey that made me better as a professional and stronger as a person. She guided me to go under the surface of various modus operandi and understand the WHY behind – including mine and my personal saboteurs, while at the same time she helped me find the resources to act according to my values and beliefs – and hence change the status quo. The outcome of our one-year-long partnership was very fruitful both in terms of both personal and professional development – with tangible results. And now, I know that when being in doubt, I can always count on her to discover the fine lines that are hidden behind the scene.
